Our Heart as a Team

We want to serve alongside people who feel drawn by the Lord to help lead our church in worship and understand the responsibility that comes with it.

Worship starts with who we are off the platform. We value consistency, teachability, and a desire to mature spiritually.

Skill matters because of the role we fill on Sundays. No one is expected to be perfect, but we do aim to grow, prepare, and serve with excellence.

How we treat one another is part of our worship. Humility, unity, and reliability are essential.

There are times when stepping onto the team right away isn’t the best next step. This may include those who are:

This isn’t rejection. It’s protection. We want every step to be healthy for the team and for the individual.

We begin with a simple conversation. We want to hear your story, your heart, and what you feel God is doing in your life.

If it seems like a good fit, we’ll do a relaxed skill assessment to get a sense of where you are musically and how we can support your growth.

Everyone grows at a different pace. Some join the team quickly. Others may take a season to develop. Both are completely okay.

If the timing and fit are right, you’ll begin rehearsals, shadowing, and serving on Sundays in a way that sets you up to thrive.
